For advanced practitioners
If you’ve already started your journey, or just need time to step away and recharge, we offer mindfulness and well-being retreats where you can reconnect with yourself and allow for deep rest. These retreats are perfect for anyone who wants to escape daily pressures and focus on their own wellbeing. We offer single-day retreats, Days of Nourishment, in the heart of Brussels, or you can opt for a longer multi-day day retreat at one of our beautiful retreat centres.
